Table Top Deep Pour Epoxy Resin Coatings Quick Drying Heat Release
Quick Details Of Deep Pour Epoxy Resin:
Compared with epoxy resin coatings such as taletop epoxy resin, the reaction and curing time of deep pouring are much slower. Tabletop epoxy resin usually begins to react immediately after the two parts are mixed. Leaving a large amount of mixed epoxy resin in the container usually leads to an accelerated reaction, resulting in the epoxy resin curing too quickly. The coated epoxy resin will start gel in about 20-30 minutes, feel sticky 4-6 hours later, and curing 12 hours later. Casting epoxy resin requires longer time to react and cure. The heat release during deep pouring is much lower, which is crucial for thick pouring applications. Casting epoxy resin may take up to 48 hours to cure. Due to the long time required for curing, it is crucial to maintain the project in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment throughout the entire curing process.
Features Of Deep Pour Epoxy Resin:
1. Superior air release qualities
2. Very transparent end result
3. Excellent defoaming formula
4. Highest yellowing resistance
